Earthquake Victims in Turkey

Hi, my name is Asli Sungur, I'm fundraising for my relatives who are affected by the earthquake in Turkey.

My grandfather, 2 aunts, their husbands, and children were residing in Elbistan, Kahramanmaraş. A magnitude of 7.8 earthquake hit their hometown. Both of their homes were destroyed. My aunt Ozgul Boz and her husband Hasan Boz were under rubble for 3 days. Their bodies were found after 3 days.

Unfortunately, the situation is being handled very poorly. There are still people under rubble waiting to be saved. Thousands of others are on the streets at freezing temperatures as low as 10F at night. As timely support is very critical and organizations are having difficulties due to the restrictions they are facing from government agencies, we are trying to reach our help locally.

The donation we collect here is going to be used to cover my relatives' immediate needs, like shelter and food. If there is a remaining, it will be donated to other victims of the earthquake. We appreciate all your support.
