Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this. I recently learned I need surgery. This is a good thing because it will finally address some chronic pain that I've had since I was eighteen. But I need some help to pay for this surgery.

The details are mildly embarrassing. The source of my pain was mysterious and misdiagnosed for a while before I learned I had a large growth on one of my ovaries. For years, across many agonizing trips to the ER, I was told this cyst wasn't large enough to warrant surgery and my only resort was pain management. Recent CT scans and an MRI showed that the cyst has grown to about ten inches in diameter! It's also twisting the ovary and Fallopian tube, which will also be removed.

The amount I'm hoping to raise will help me cover the surgery. If you're able to contribute something I would be very grateful!!
