Medical Aid For Ukraine

We have all been watching events unfold in Ukraine over the past week, feeling powerless about what we can do to help the Ukrainian people. We believe that it's critical the right aid is delivered to the right place.
We are specifically raising funds for LIFE SAVING EMERGENCY MEDICAL AID, including specialist wound dressings, tourniquets and bandages which are desperately needed in Ukraine, right now.
Our Mission:
While we have a (very generous) initial cash donation from a business, this kind of aid is very expensive and we need to fill our van with life saving kit before setting off to Ukraine later this week.
Examples of what your donation will buy:
- CAT tourniquet - £25ea - Used to stem blood flow, a known lifesaver and reusable.
- Haemostatic dressing - £15 - £30ea - Assist with blood clotting and wound healing, essential for trauma situations.
- Field grade bandages (Israeli bandage) - £5.50ea - Helps stop bleeding from hemorrhagic wounds.
Each of these and other items, have been thoroughly researched and specified by our team of medical and military paramedic advisors, who know the situation on the ground and have first hand experience of trauma situations.
How will you get it get there and to whom will it be donated?
This aid will be driven by us, DIRECT TO UKRAINE, and it will be delivered to our contacts, who will be waiting at the border for onward travel, helping immediately to save the lives of brave civilians who are defending their country and our collective freedom.
We will be leaving the UK on Thursday 10th March in a Luton van kindly donated by Autolyne Bristol.

We urgently need additional funds to buy more medical supplies, so that we can fill the van and get it to the border ASAP.

- Direct volume donations of medical aid / dressings (please contact us for a specific list of what is required)
- Offers of free vans from van hire companies, to shuttle from the UK to the Ukraine Border
- Volunteer drivers (the return trip is 3400 miles, 45 hours of driving and takes around 5 days to complete)
If we over-fund, we will establish a UK - Ukraine relay chain, with bi-weekly shipments so that this type of life saving aid can be continued for as long as funds are available.
What if you don't fill the van with medical aid by 10th March?
If there is space, we have access to backup aid already donated. This includes includes blankets, toiletries and sleeping bags and will be delivered to the border along side the medical aid we are raising funds for.
We won't be taking clothes as there is currently oversupply in Europe.
