Today we lost our special little angel, Carter Robert McWilliams. Carter was born special and remained that way his whole life. Born during the Winter Olympics on 5 February 2002, and required FAA clearance to be life flighted right after birth. Carter was later diagnosed with partial deletion of the 17th Chromosome. Multiple surgeries, multiple tests, and many bits of tough news, Carter persevered. Even though he couldn't walk or talk... he found a way to brighten everyone's day. From smacking or pinching anyone's butt to tearing paper (or diapers) into confetti, he left his mark on a room. Carter's sudden passing has left the family at a point where funeral expenses, burial costs, etc were not a cost they expected to need.
