Help fight for my best friends life

From the day I met my best friend in first grade I knew she was special. She has a light that shines right through her and touches everything and everyone she meets. She is caring, smart, kind, fabulous, funny, quirky, and the best friend anyone could ask for. She is strong and stubborn and those traits have come to be the most important since she was 18. Her body that she takes such good care of has been failing her since then. She has been through so much. She has had a liver transplant and recently in the last year been diagnosed with colon cancer. She has had multiple surgeries and hasn't been able to work for a long time. She has an amazing husband who works too hard for them and does the best he can but they need help. She has been in the hospital for almost two weeks now. If you could show any love and support for this truly unbelievable couple who have been together fighting for their lives and their love for over 15 years we would be so thankful.
