With Heavy Hearts, We Ask for Your Help

Adam Rose was more than just a son. He was a grandson, a brother, an uncle, a cousin, a nephew, and a loyal friend. At just 26 years old, he was full of life — always smiling, always helping others, and always staying humble and kind.

Adam had been preparing for an early-morning work trip to Queensland. something he’d done many times before. He planned to spend a week away and then return home to his family in Sydney. But in the early hours of that Monday morning, everything changed.

When Adam’s parents tried to wake him up for work, he didn’t respond. They immediately did everything they could to save their precious boy until the ambulance arrived. Despite all attempts, Adam tragically passed away.

How does a young, healthy man go to sleep and simply not wake up? There are no answers only heartbreak.

If you were lucky enough to know Adam, you’d know he had a heart of gold. He would literally give you the shirt off his back. It didn’t matter what time it was or what he was doing, if you needed him, he’d show up. He never knew how to say no. Helping people was just who he was. Although Adam didn’t have children of his own, he adored his nieces and nephews. He loved them deeply and always showed it. As the second eldest of five, he and his siblings had their moments (like all siblings do), but at the end of the day they always looked out for one another. Because Adam was still so young, he didn’t have life or funeral insurance. Like most of us, he lived paycheck to paycheck. His family now faces the overwhelming task of trying to cover funeral costs and give Adam the farewell he deserves.

Adam spent his life helping everyone else, now it’s our turn to help him and his family.
