Unable to work due to kidney failure

Hi , I’m am Alsero and I’m 31 , I current live in Ohio with my wife and my three children, we don’t have anyone here except some of my friends. Since I was fourteen I had diabetes and I used to work since i was a kid and used to help my parents because of the war the happened in Syria and I used to suffer not having medicine and there was not good hospital or healthcare because of the war that happened. I lived in triable conditions during the war. I almost died because of the bombs in Syria , then I escaped Syria and try to run away. I came to the USA via to apply for the UN refugee from turkey I faced hard and difficult challenges in turkey. I came to America December 17, 2015 .I was happy to be in the USA so I started to work so I would have a better chance of living here and helping my family. In 2021 I used to work in transportation truck , and I fell from the car trailer and broke my left leg , then I told the owner that I can’t work anymore and he told me he can’t pay me anymore if I can’t work so he gave me a break of one week so my leg would heal. After that I got to work but after three days my leg started to hurt and I still tried to work because I needed it. I fell ones in the gas station when I was trying to fill up my car gas tank and my leg started to hurt till I called the transportation owner and I told him that I would go to the hospital and he said I can’t until I was in Ohio so I would go the hospital and I went back to Columbus and went to the hospital and my leg was swollen up and the doctors told my that I have to rest for at least 3 months because my legs won’t heal because of diabetes so I called the owner of work and told him that I couldn’t work so he fired me and I had no other options so I stayed without work and wait till my legs to heal. A month later I was home I didn’t have money so my roommate said that he would move out the house I was in and I started to look for someone to live with me and help me to pay my rent, I didn’t find no one to live with and I had to leave the house and live in a car till I find a room , after that I got into an car accident and I started to look for a room to live in and started to look again for a room till I found a room on facebook so I stayed there and paid him what’s left with me then the owner of the house talked to the transportation company because there friends and told him that I lived in the room so he told him to make me get out of the house because I choose to lawsuit him for kicking me out so he told the house owners to kick my from the house and I didnt have any other options so I didn’t know what to do and so on I started to live in the streets without having food , friends , and live in my car . Some people told me to go to the Mousq they will help me and when they know when happened to me they started to help me with $3k dollars and I bought a car for $2,000 dollars and started to work DoorDash and so on my legs started to heal a little by little . I used to sleep in the car and take a shower in the gym and eat one meal so I would save money and get a room and I stayed like this for another two months and then my life started to bring joy and my leg started to be better and healed. In 2023 I wanted to get married from a women after that I burned my leg and because of it I went to the hospital again and they analyzed my leg and they said that I have blood pressure and kidney failure and the percentage was %20 and the doctor suggested me to go to the dialysis and I denied to it and I didn’t want to go . A month later the percentage was %8 so the doctor told me that I will be in danger if I didn’t started to go dialysis and so on I started to go there and my life started to get worst and I couldn’t live well and I always threw up because of the pain in my body and my legs being swollen because of liquids I had in debt since 8 months and I didn’t work since then and my wife can’t work because she doesn’t have any papers in the USA and also for my children for that the they can’t get food stamps or any help benefits from the country my oldest child is fourteen I do what I can to make my family live better but I’m really struggling a lot with work and with life and I get sad because I can’t find work and social security started to pay me $706 per a month and food stamp $291 and the days that my health would be good I stay up and work door dash and I try to open a business so could live and pay my off my debt and make my wife and family happy I need you guys support and please spread this story and to you family and friends if you can not support me with anything pray for me and my family for better life and thank you for everything.

I was working hard and making money, and I didn't have government medical insurance. I was relying on my own money, but after these events, my credit took a hit from hospital bills and house rent to nearly $26,000. I owe my friends about $10,000. I want to return the money to them so I can start a project that I can do. Through it I support my family and children. My health has deteriorated and my life has reached zero
