Hello Everyone,

For those of you that know, Craig my best friend and Partner was diagnosed in June of 2023 of stage 4 bone cancer of the right femur. The Doctors took him straight into surgery to remove the bone and replace it with a 10in titanium Rod. His Doctor was hopeful that he was in time and it had not spread to any other soft tissue or other bone. His first scan three months after his surgery in November 2023, showed a small spot on his chest. It was something we truly didn’t want to hear. The one thing the Doctor said was this cancer if it travels will settle in the lungs and soft tissue around them. We just had his second scan the beginning of March and our worst nightmare came to light, the small spot has now turned into a size of a finger nail and he has 11 other lesion on his lungs and soft tissue. We are heartbroken, Craig is my best friend and this is soul crushing. We are waiting to speak to pathology but one thing we understood from the beginning was once it’s in the lungs there is little to nothing they can do.

For those of you who know us, know we love to travel. To drive to states and visit different off the beaten path places. Our friends and family watched us trek through out west on our way to my sister wedding, sleeping in the car and just having a blast. Our goal was to go to New Orleans next year, since neither have been. This has been something Craig has talked about a lot. Now with the possibility of him not being here, next year. Our timeline has moved way up to more like this summer. I am asking for help, to help pay for the gas to drive there and back. Any help would be appreciated even just sharing our story and this page. I would love to lighten the burden and make his trip possible. Before the craziness happens with us trying to navigate all of this.
