Update: Ariyana was recently diagnosed with Cancer for the 2nd time. She is now 19 years old. She was declared in REMISSION July 2020. She was already in need of a bone marrow transplant due to her bone marrow not functioning at all and also having Runx1 mutations. Now she has no choice for the BMT it has to be done. She will do treatment for her cancer and go straight into Transplant afterwards. The BMT is close to a year recovery as long as everything goes right. We ask that you please pray for her to keep her strength through all of this. I just want Ariyana to be able to live a healthy life. She has been through so much as a young adult already. Please continue prayers for her and our family! #myhero #ariyanastrong
My 17 year old niece, Ariyana, was recently diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. After a visit to the emergency room for a high fever, and high heart rate, the doctor found a large mass in her chest. She was transported to Shand’s Hospital in Gainesville, where a biopsy confirmed her family’s worst fears. In the next few days she will have a port placed, so chemo treatment can begin.
This fund is to help Ariyana’s mom, Andrea, with going back and forth to Shand’s, copays, bills, and other out of pocket expenses. She is fortunate enough to have a job that allows her the time to be with her daughter during this extremely difficult time, but insurance only covers so much.
Any amount is appreciated, and if you’re not in a position to donate, please just share, send prayers, or good vibes. Thank you.
