My brother who was only 48 when he went in for a routine hernia mesh surgery. A few hours after being home he woke up in pain, collapsed and became unconscious. His wife called 911 and did CPR while they waited for EMS. They attempted to revive him but were unsuccessful. My parents called me Wednesday morning at 4:30am to tell me he had passed away  

My brother leaves behind his wife Tina of 27 years, two boys Anthony and Christopher, his parents, 3 younger siblings and 12 nieces and nephews. My brother was kind, hard working, quiet, he loved to grill, golf, was a believer of Christ and was committed to his family.
