Friends of Greg,

We tragically lost my brother, Greg, and our hearts are heavy as we begin to navigate the days ahead. I know Greg was loved deeply by so many, and our family has felt that love in powerful ways these past few days. Thank you.

Many of you have asked how you can help. This GoFundMe has been created as a way for those who feel led to support our family with unexpected expenses during this incredibly difficult time.

Greg was the Chair of 17STRONG and the heart of so much good in Hamilton. He showed up — not just in title, but in presence. He was at every community event, volunteer project, and service opportunity. He didn’t just talk about loving people — he lived it. Greg was a friend to everyone who met him, someone who made others feel seen, welcomed, and valued.

He was, truly, one of the most amazing humans — committed, kind, and community-minded in everything he did. His absence will be deeply felt, but his impact will live on in every corner of this city he cared so much about.
