Dr. Jerry Chen was a beloved physician at SignatureCare ER. He will be greatly missed.

Jerry Chen, 39, passed away November 8th, 2019. He was born on February 27th, 1980 in Garland, Texas to Tracy and Jimmy Sung. He was a wonderful older sibling to his two younger brothers, James and Eric. Jerry met the love of his life, Ke Zheng, with whom he was happily married for 7 and a half years. Together, they had two children, Liam and Zoey, whom Jerry loved very dearly. Jerry was passionate in everything that he did. Whether it was building aquariums, snowboarding, fishing, photography, or cars, Jerry always put forth his best effort. From an early age, Jerry pursued his dream of medicine and became an outstanding, respected emergency room physician in New York and Texas.
