On 11/22/21 our grandpa went to the hospital and was diagnosed with covid/covid related pneumonia. 

If you've ever met our grandpa, you know exactly the kind of person he is. He would literally give you the shirt off of his back if you needed it. He will always go out of his way to help someone out, even if it happens to put him out or set him back. He's an amazing person with an even more amazing heart and soul, he loves everyone unconditionally. If you know my grandpa you know that he never asks for help, so we will do it for him. As of right now (12/1) he is in ICU and has been intubated ( life support). He is deeply sedated and on a drip to keep him paralyzed. He will be "proned" which means they will rotate him from front to back. He has a central line and femoral line for medications and labs. The line in his neck has caused some swelling so they are working on keeping that down. I'll try to keep this updated the best I can. We are just trying to make sure my grandma has the least amount to worry about since she has so much already. We understand with the holiday season things can be tight so even if you can't give money please continue to give prayer. We appreciate your love and understanding during this hard time.
