Isabella's Dream Summer Fund

Hi everyone! My name is Isabella Hardy. For a very long time I have had dreams and passions that I want to pursue. After much research and consideration, I found two organizations over the summer that I know will benefit me in my life. The first organization is a two week class at Brown University. I am interested in a course that will teach me about mental illnesses. This particular course stood out to me because I have experienced the tragedies of coping with someone that is diagnosed with a bipolar disorder. This experience gave me the urge to help the world by opening an organization that can help people who are suffering from the same situation as I am. This class at Brown University will teach me the information I need to know in order to help the helpless. Also, the fact that this organization is at Brown University makes me more in love with it because I want to go to go to an Ivy league university. The second program I am participating in is an abroad organization that will take me to Thailand. During this experience, I will be spending all of my time helping the Thailand community by tending farms, planting trees and other plants where it is needed, assisting in helping the abused Elephants, educating the Thai children in the English language, and many more amazing contributions to this beautiful country. This journey will teach me to be grateful for what I have, educate me in the world of Thailand and change my perspective of our world.
