Hi. My name is Nelson Ishii. I started Da Kines with my late wife Belen in 1997. started out really good and kept getting bigger and bigger and it was an incredible success. As time went on, things change. I did lose my wife and over time I slowly made it back, even after I gave up the restaurants. Tried to re-start the restaurant about 2 years ago but it just wasn't to be. I did , however start the catering side of the business and it is slowly making it's way back although COVID made it a little difficult, especially with the costs of everything now days. I do not want to raise my prices and I am sure that I can make this happen but I could use a little bit of help. The funds that I am able to raise will be to help me stabilize my business as I adjust myself to these trying times of constantly rising costs. Whether it is rising food or supply costs, I see what I need to do and I want to react quickly without having to raise my prices greatly.

This is a very different way of going about this unusual for myself but I am searching for the quickest and best way where I could share my success with the ones that help in this situation. Help me get to where I need to be..... It would me a lot to me, really.
