Recently my dear friend Vinny has been diagnosed with pancreatic/liver cancer and needs your assistance.

Vinny is one of my best friends and has been for over 30 years. His partner Ricky has been a dear friend of mine for over 40 years. Ricky and Vinny have been in a loving relationship for over 30 years and married for 10. They both share an enthusiasm for life always finding the good in the world and love sharing fun times with all of the people in their lives.

Vinny has begun his fight against this terrible disease having had his first infusion of chemotherapy this week. He is a self employed hairstylist and unfortunately does not qualify for state disability. Ricky is taking family leave time off from his job to be Vinny's primary caregiver, so the reduction of income while meeting household expenses plus added medical expenses will be a challenge.

Any amount of assistance will be helpful and greatly appreciated.
