Suicide Prevention

On Jan 20, 2024 I’ll be undertaking a monumental physical challenge in a feat to raise funds and awareness for the Suicide Prevention Awareness Network.

Last year, on the same day, we raised over $22000 for SPAN – the Suicide Prevention Awareness Network. Now, as we approach this day again, my sights are set even higher. This year, my goal to raise $50,000.
On the 20th of January, I'll be pushing my limits once again, aiming to complete the following:
- 42.2km of running/ full marathon,
- 10-kilometers swimming,
- 42.2km/ marathon on Concept 2 rower machine,
- 500 pull-ups,
- 3,249 push-ups.
All in one day.
The reason behind this specific number is stark and solemn. It represents the number of lives lost to suicide in the past year. It's a powerful reminder of the urgency and importance of our mission.

Suicide prevention is not just a cause for me; it's a personal mission. With your support, we can make a significant impact and, more importantly, save lives. Every step, every stroke, every push-up, every row, every pullup is a step towards a brighter, more hopeful future.
