On July 5th of this year, I have the incredible opportunity to represent The United States of America in the 2014 Hans Bueschhkens Young Chef Competition in Stavanger, Norway.
This is an incredible opportunity to show the world how passionate and talented the young cooks of the USA can be and I am honored to be able to compete at such a high level. As a seasoned competitor, and dedicated worker, I know I can bring home the gold medal in Stavanger, but I need your help!
Traveling, practices, top notch produce and quality instruction come at a high cost and in order to cover every last detail, I am reaching out to friends, family and supporters of all sorts to raise $6,000 to ensure I have the best possible chance at coming home with the coveted Gold medal which is only given out every two years to the young chef who stands out against competitors from across the globe who have already proven themselves in local and national level competitions.
