I'm reaching out for temporary financial help.

I had knee replacement surgery on July 30th.

Four days after surgery, I slipped and injured it, likely tearing something.

The X-ray shows a large mass of fluid in and around my knee.

MRI results are pending.

I'm a caregiver for a man who is quadriplegic, and I love taking care of him. I love, love, love my job. I can't wait to get back to him and his family.

Once I'm able to return to work, I will be self-sufficient. Until that time, would you please consider a donation of any amount?

The bottom line is I have $35 left in my bank account, and I'm humbly asking for your help.

I receive a small retirement stipend, which covers my mortgage, leaving little left to cover the remaining bills, which is why I work after retiring.

Since I'm unable to work right now, upcoming bills won't be paid, and my bank account will be overdrawn.

Currently, my water will be shut off if I don't pay the balance by August 25th.

With your help, I can keep my account from being overdrawn and pay my basic bills, just until I'm able to get back on my feet.

I can't hold still; I need to be working. I'm anxious to get back on my feet.
