Hey, y’all! My name is Rhonda and I am reaching out to see if anyone will help me help a friend in need. The Lord has laid it on my heart to do what I can and since I am not personally in a great place financially myself, I thought someone else out there might be able to help.

I honestly don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for the generosity of others at certain times in my and my children’s life. That being said, I am trying to raise $939.92 for a past due utility bill + a $400 deposit. (Updated goal to reflect the deposit amount required as well that I did not originally know about.) Utilities in her house are currently shut off, including the water, and the disability check she gets each month is not enough to get her out of the hole she’s in. She’s already received assistance from OACAC and it just wasn’t enough.

Would anyone be willing to help? If I had just 10 friends that would consider donating $100 each, we could help get this woman back on her feet. Also, if you feel led to give any other amount, it would be most appreciated. Every little bit helps.
