12 years ago, I had to bury my mom from Pancreatic Cancer. This month in early October 2025, I was hospitalized from severe stomach pain and weight loss accompanied with nausea. After a battery of tests and semi-invasive procedures, I was diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic cancer. My tumor is 5.7cm. It sits on the head of the Pancreas and has already spread to the underside of the liver. It is also wrapped around the hepatic artery. I am on Aetna Medicare Advantage and Social Security. Unfortunately, the co-pay for each round of Chemo is 300.00. Over an 8 cycle infusion, that is 2400.00. Plus I already owe over 2300.00 to the hospital for previous illnesses. I am not trying to make money from this, I am just asking for help with my Co-pay for chemo.
