Donna's Formula Fund

Hi, my name is Donna Sapia Beard and I am asking for donations for Osmolite 1.2 Cal High Protiein 8 ounce Canned Formula. My insurance will not pay for it and my family is struggling with bills and finances as it is already before I had a feeding tube put in. I recently went into the hospital January second and have been in and out since then. In that time I've had multiple surgeries and feeding tubes put in. I have maybe been out of the hospital a combined 2 weeks this entire year of 2016. I have been battling a boiling pot of diseases since the mid-ninenty's. My main two enemies are multiple sclerosis and chromes diseases. I have lost the ability to walk, write, and do many other daily actions that most people would be able to do. These donations would mean a lot to me and my family because of how much of a financial strain this is on our family. It is hard to pay everything off as it is now. I have lost 80 pounds since my gofundme picture and that was just as of last year (I weigh 89 pounds as of March 22nd when I was last dishcarged).
