I'm raising money for my little brother. He's only 29 years old and needs a heart transplant. He does not qualify for one due to not having insurance. They told us all they can offer is a PICC line until he passes. Those are $2,000 every refill, and he has to go back weekly to get a refill. This isn't fair! They won't even put him on a waiting list for a heart transplant. They've already told him he has anywhere from a month to a year to live. How cruel is our system?! They're supposed to help you, not just watch you die. I don’t expect to be able to raise enough to pay for a heart transplant, but anything helps with his medical expenses.
