This is Quinn! He's 22 years old, loves the people of his community, and is a joyful presence in the lives of everyone he knows.. Quinn is transgender, and has been on HRT for 1.5 years now. While HRT has helped Quinn in his transition, the barrier of top surgery is one that is not surmountable by himself.
Top surgery is important for many trans folks in alleviating dysphoria, which can be extremely distressing because their body does not match their perception of themselves.
Quinn is working very hard to be able to go back to school to pursue his dream to teach music. He currently works full-time at a string instrument shop, and is able to support himself - but between bills, saving money to pay for tuition, and other expenses, is not able to make a dent in the cost for a surgery like this.
Any help in funding this incredibly important medical procedure would mean the world to him.
