Payton’s Journey

Hey! I have created this for my sister in law. If you’re not familiar with the situation, I will fill you in briefly. Payton is 16 years old. She was recently diagnosed with a “solid pseudopapillary tumor”. To put into perspective the size, the surgeon said it’s about the size of a grapefruit. It started at the head of the pancreas and is pressing against her liver. He also said this is extremely rare in someone her age, basically one in a million. They meet with the team of surgeons on Friday to determine a date for surgery. We do know that the surgery will last 8-10 hours and she will be in the hospital for 7-10 days afterwards. The surgeon doesn’t feel like it is cancer but won’t know until the surgery. We are claiming God’s Word over her and believing without a shadow of a doubt that it is NOT cancer. From this moment forward, we won’t even use that word! ALL of the money will be used towards expenses for travel, food, and medical bills.
