Majhi Gaun Earthquake Appeal
Donation protected
A deadly earthquake hit Nepal on the 25th of April with a magnitude of 7.9 rect, the fishermens village in Sindhupalchowk district is approximately 70 km from Kathmandu and has been struck hard. Every house in the village has been destroyed by the earthquake, 8 people have been declared dead and many more are in need of medical assistance.
There are over 200 children who are starving without a roof over their head tonight. There is no shelter, no food, no lights, not enough clothes and access to village has been denied due to landslides. Most of the releif campaigns have been concerntrated in Kathmandu valley and our voiceless villagers are losing their lives even once they have survived the fatal earthquake due to hypothermia and starvation.
We need your help and support to save this forgotten community. Educating Nepal will be providing all the frontline support.
