On December 24th, 2016 the life of a seven year old little boy has forever been changed. Ethan is the most adventurous little boy. He loves to play outside, and it was exactly that, which changed him.
Ethan was playing outside with his dog when his mom and dad heard him screaming. While playing next the fence (a fence that separated the neighbors backyard.) the next door neighbors dogs pulled Ethan over the fence. They started biting him all over the place. His brave mother jumped the fence and picked him up. She was then able to see that his left ear was hanging on but his right ear was completely gone.
Ethan was then rushed to Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta and was immediately taken back into surgery. He received 300 stitches on his face, his chest, his back, his arms, neck, and legs. They successfully reattached his left ear and they sewed his right ear into his belly to see if it will start to grow tissue in hopes of reattachment. The doctors are predicting that he will have to remain in the hospital for a month, and will have to continue to have more reconstructive surgery for the next two years.
Ethan's parents have not left his side since the incident. With this GoFundMe were hoping to help the family with medical bills and help with bills at home with neither of them working to be with their son. Any donation is appreciated. I will continue to give updates on Ethan as they come.
