Emergency Home Repairs

My name is Nathan Railey and am asking for your assistance. If you know our family you know we are a family of 7 with 5 amazing boys with another wonderful addition being added to our house by the first week January. Due to COVID hitting my industry very hard things have been very tough financially for the last few years and then our neighbor actually drove into the side of our home and did a massive amount of damage to the side of our house and actually had to move into a hotel for almost two weeks while they repaired it. Coming out of that, because we had to file the original claim with our homeowners insurance and then get it reimbursed by our neighbor. Due to that our homeowners insurance was reanalyzed and then canceled because our roof was out of warranty and we were going to be financially responsible for the replacement of it which we haven't been able to do as of today, so if something happened to our home, we would lose everything.

In addition to that we noticed a leak in our master bathroom a few months ago and thought that we had gotten it repaired but then yesterday we found out that it was not repaired and has caused a massive black mold issue in the walls of our bathroom and then into our kids bedroom that is on the other side of our bathroom. We have walked through black mold issues with a family member a few years ago and have seen the very serious effects of it on the health of everyone involved and that live in the home. With my wife being 32 weeks pregnant and having other small children in the home currently I am desperately trying to get this repaired and fixed and possibly even get them out of the home while it is being repaired to make sure everyone stays healthy and safe. We haven't gotten any prices yet other than the last time that I checked it was around $10k just to replace the roof. We will be getting someone to come out immediately to give us an assessment on the repairs of our bathroom, which I have the feeling is going to have to be completely gutted to repair and replace, and the black mold issue and I will update on here as soon as we get those quotes.
