I am hoping you can help a family in need. My cousin Beatrice and her Husband Ruben have had the worst luck this last year.

It all started last year when Ruben when into cardiac arrest July of 2021. He was down close to an hour with no oxygen which resulted in him having anoxic & traumatic brain injury. Ruben provided for his wife and family up until then. Ruben has not recovered 100%. He is still waiting for doctors to release him from care, there is great concern that Ruben will not be able to get back to work ever again and provide for his family like he once did. His wife Beatrice that night of cardiac arrest, she performed CPR on him for nearly an hour until paramedics showed up and rushed him to hospital, not giving up on her husband. She has stayed by his side while he was in hospital, caring for him at home, taking him to appointments, all while being a mom to their kids. And if they hadn’t been through enough Beatrice was diagnosed in March of this year with stage 1 Triple Negative Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer. Beatrice started chemotherapy in April 2022 which will include 4 rounds, surgery, possibly radiation after chemotherapy is done. They have gone through their savings, income not coming through because she was a stay at home mom while her husband worked but he is no longer able to work and state disability is running out. This family is running on fumes and out of time and are fearful will be homeless. If you have it in you or capable to assist in any way, nothing to small, you would be helping a family that is greatly in need. Funds raised would be rent, utilities, food, etc.
