Hello everyone, I want to share a difficult experience my husband and I went through. On Friday, January 30, we were involved in a serious car accident. I was driving when the car slid on ice and lost control. We crashed into a snowbank and flipped several times. Thankfully, we survived with minor injuries, and I am truly grateful for that second chance at life. However, we have been unable to work since the accident due to our injuries and I don’t know when we’ll be able to return to work at the moment. I’ve exhausted all my PTO and am currently waiting for FMLA approval, which has left me uncertain about my income. The injuries I sustained are preventing me from going back to work right now. This has been one of the most traumatic events I’ve ever experienced, and I am doing my best to cope. If anyone could find it in their heart to help with any donation, big or small, it would mean the world to us. We are trying to get back on our feet while also keeping a roof over our heads, paying our bills, and providing food for our family.
