Dear family and friends,
My mom, Alfie Campos, is entering a challenging chapter in her life as she was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. A mass was also found in her stomach, which turned out to be untreated Appendicitis, as she was misdiagnosed. It led to emergency surgery. She is currently recuperating, and her lung surgery is scheduled for April 23rd.
By the grace of God, despite all the reasons to be discouraged, she has been brave. She keeps her spirits high and spreads hope to our family that we will get through this together right by her side.
