On Tuesday, my close friend Abby’s life changed overnight. She unfortunately suffered from a stroke due to an injury in her neck. It’s affected her mobility, ability to eat, and her speech.

Before this happened, Abby worked as a caregiver for those with special needs, was preparing for cosmetology school, and participating as an active member in her church. All of this is altered due to her inability to work or drive.

Medical bills due to tests and daily expenses are adding up fast. She’s doing her best to stay strong and trust God through this all, but needs support from friends and family so she can focus on her recovery.
