I’m heartbroken and don’t know what else to do. I’m reaching out for help to save my 6-month-old Rottweiler puppy, Mia.
11/30/25, Early Morning
Around 4–5 AM, I woke up to Mia vomiting. She had eaten breakfast but threw it all up. As the morning went on, she became more sluggish and continued to vomit. I was terrified, so around 2 PM I drove nearly 2 hours to the nearest emergency vet with my last $400.
They did X-rays, parvo tests, and a fecal exam, everything came back negative. They gave her IV medication, and she seemed okay afterward. They sent us home with instructions and medicine.
When We Got Home
From 5 PM to around 10:30 PM, she threw up 6 more times, once in the car, twice in her cage, and three more times later in the evening. I followed the vet’s instructions exactly, giving her her meds and a small amount of filtered water. She still couldn’t keep anything down.
I called the emergency vet again, and they told me she needs to come back for more extensive testing and X-rays. But they require full payment up front, and I have nothing left. I don’t qualify for CareCredit or any loans. I’m stuck, and it is tearing me apart.
Mia is normally full of energy, but now she’s weak, hiding, and not acting like herself at all. Watching her suffer while knowing I can’t afford the care she needs is breaking me. I can’t sleep, I can’t stop crying, and I feel completely helpless.
I’m asking for any help, big or small, so I can get Mia the urgent medical care she needs. She deserves a chance to get better. I just need help getting her back to the vet before things get worse.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading, sharing, or donating.
