Hi my name is Stacey, I have set this fundraiser up for my best friend sammie.

Sammie was diagnosed with cervical cancer in December 2024 and recently told it’s also in her lymph nodes. As you can imagine this was heartbreaking news not just physically but also mentally. She also had to process that she will never be able to have children due to the treatment she is receiving which is heartbreaking. Sammie started treatment in January and will be ongoing treatment for roughly 6-7 months, this involves extensive chemotherapy and also radiotherapy. Sammie is a self employed tattoo artist and due to being so poorly from chemo therapy has been and will be unable to work currently. As Sammie is self employed she is unable to even claim statutory sick pay and is therefore financially struggling. She is having to park her car and take bus rides to derby hospital daily. I just ask if anyone is able to donate anything to support her whilst she undergoes treatment.

She is the strongest person I know and smashing treatment but with financial struggles it is really taking a toll on her mental health.
