My name is Jahvonta Jones, and I’m creating this GoFundMe to honor the life of my mother, Christina Ann Jones, who went from Sunrise to Sunset on November 8th, 2025.
Christina Jones was a woman with a Big Heart, a Shining Soul, and a Spirit full of Determination that touched everyone around her. She loved to draw, paint, watch Family Feud, play BINGO, and enjoy the sweet rhythms of 90s R&B. It was the simple joys that brought her the most happiness.
As a single mother, she dedicated her life to raising her three sons — me, Isaiah, and Iam. She always had an adventurous personality, loved to travel and explore, and always pushed herself to do well in everything she set her mind to. She studied at Central Washington University and built a career at Valley Medical Center as a newborn hearing screener for infants. Perseverance & caring for others came naturally to her as she bloomed and blossomed in life.
Even though life created distance over the last few years, her love continued to carry throughout the family and Always Will. She still checked in, sent messages, and tried to stay connected in her own way. Her energy lit up rooms, and she had a way of making people feel seen, loved, and inspired. She taught lessons that will stay with us forever — Live, Love & Be Happy - Love Is True Happiness.
Christina leaves behind her sons — Jahvonta’ (24), Isaiah (18), and Iam (9) — her sisters Stephanie Mitchell, Marria Jones, and Morgana, her brother Curtis Jones, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and family members who meant the world to her.
We are hoping to give her the farewell she deserves and honor her name and spirit through the support of family, friends, and anyone who feels moved to help with her final viewing and memorial costs. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will help us remember her life and the love she shared with the people around her.
Christina Jones was a caring, loving, and beautiful soul. This is our way of remembering her, celebrating her, and making sure the world knows how deeply she was loved.
Always and forever. Me and you, you and me — that’s the way it’ll always be.
— Jahvonta’ Jones
