Support James’ family

Hello, I am Joan and I have been working with the late James Rufil and the rest of the Mackay-Australian Filipino Community for some years now. He was our Sports Chair before he passed. James was always energetic and served the community with smiles and fervor. He has a zest for life and for sports.

An unfortunate event happened that caused him a major trauma on his head. James was rushed to the MBH for emergency surgery and then to Townsville hospital for further treatment but he succumbed to coma and sadly, did not make it.

Help us honour and remember a good comrade and support his widow Stephanie with two kids, TJ 10 years old and Savannah who is 2 mos old.
