On September 29, Victor Manuel Mendez was placed in hospice care following his diagnosis of terminal brain cancer. This is beyond devastating news, as he is not only a father of four young children (the youngest being Lucy, just 2 weeks old, Anthony 6, Emanuel 8, and Yadira 17), but he possesses one of the gentlest and kindest souls. Manny has overcome so much in his life, so to be met with this diagnosis has caused a lot of heartache for him and his family.
We ask that you please consider donating during this time. Manny is the sole provider for his family, so any amount donated will greatly help his wife and children. We are raising money to immediately help with the following expenses:
- Hospice and medication
- Basic necessities (rent, bills, food, etc)
- Future arrangements for funeral, etc
We will be sure to update everyone once we know more and, on behalf of the entire family, thank you from the depths of our hearts.
El 29 de Septiembre, Victor Manuel Mendez fue puesto en Hospicio despues de su diagnóstico de Cáncer Cerebral Terminal. Esta noticia fue algo muy devastador para todos ya que no solo es padre de 4 (su recien nacida Lucy de un mes, Anthony 6, Emmanuel 8, Yadira 17) pero también posee el alma mas gentil y amable. Manny y su esposa an sobre pasado muchos obstáculos en sus vidas, y esta noticia fue muy destrozante para el y la familia.
