Please help save us from eviction

I am ashamed to admit to everyone that after the kids and I have tried to make it on our own for awhile now life and bills have become overwhelming and it has snowballed into a situation where we are now facing eviction.
I have to appear in court on Monday, July 10th at 3:30PM to plead my case to the judge but I have already been warned that the courts usually rule in favor of the landlord or rental company. The only way we would be able to reinstate our lease is to have $6,875.59 in full ready to give over to pay the back rent and all fees included with the rent (pet fee, HVAC, liability insurance, water, etc.) as well as all legal fees due to the eviction proceedings. If we are able to reinstate the lease and pay August's and September's rent on time we would be able to stay until the end of our lease, which is up at the end of September.
I am working all of the overtime I can. Ben and Levi are both working and contributing as much as they can. Everything just became too much with trying to afford car payment, car insurance, utilities not included in rent, necessary life expences in general. Grocery prices have gone thru the roof and so have gas prices. Our office recently moved further away from home so I'm having to fill up my tank at least twice a week now but I have been doing so well at my job and learning everything I can to get promoted that I could not leave it.
As many of you may know, I have to work 3rd shift hours in order to be available during the day for Anna's numerous appointments. For anyone reading this who may not know, my daughter was born with a cleft palate and various genetic issues that have caused her to need over 40 surgeries in her short time on earth and more physical therapy sessions than I can even begin to recall. She is a very tough cookie and although some of her recoveries have certainly been more difficult than others, I have always made sure that she never dwells in feeling sorry for being different. She was made the way she was for a reason and it has shaped her into the awesome human being that she is today. She has a major jaw surgery coming up in November, which is another reason we are desperate to stay in this house. I need her to have a stable environment to recover in as well as needing to know that all three kids are safe while I'm at work overnight.
I am begging if there is anyone out there who can help us. This has been the most savage reality check I've gotten in all of my life and I am terrified. I feel like a failure as a human being and as a mom.We just received the notice to evict this past Wednesday and I have spent every moment since then (when I wasn't working) researching homes where we might be able to move, listing anything we can sell on OfferUp, praying that my job will offer overtime, reaching out to churches to see if they can help, etc. Anything I can do I have been doing diligently for days now.
When researching places to try and get us into quickly we have come up with a few major roadblocks.
1. We don't have the funds to move. Anyone who has ever moved knows that there are application fees, sometimes holding fees, first and last months rents, security deposit, etc.
2. Both mine and Ben's credit is not great. 3. Anywhere I apply wants our current landlord's information so they can check our payment history and obviously, with the state of things being how they are right now this is not going to be good news on their end for us.
My only backup plan at this point is to put in storage what we can salvage and stay at an efficiency hotel and pray.If the judge does not hear my pleas on Monday we will have five days to vacate from the house, which means we will have to be out by July 14th or July 15th, depending on if he counts Monday the 10th as one of the five days. I will be pleading for more time but there is certainly no guarantee that he will grant that to us.I am praying harder than I have ever prayed that I can raise the entire amount and save us. I requested $10,000 to be the fundraiser amount so that I could put the $6,875.59 towards the reinstatement of the lease and then have at least one month's rent to go ahead and pay so we would be starting off on the right foot.
I am sorry to be admitting this to everyone. I'm sorry for anyone that I have disappointed. I just desperately need the chance to make this right and to be able to tell the kids everything is going to be okay.
If there is anyone in the Phoenix area that is reading this and you know of someone who has a rental home that is willing to work with our credit and the fact that we are facing this situation but want to do better please contact me me thru the contact details GoFundMe has provided with this fundraiser. I tried to include my personal email address but it is making me remove it for safety concerns before I can publish the fundraiser. We are begging for the chance to be someplace safe and affordable and to show that we can band together and pay our bills as a family.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you in advance if you are able to help in any way.
