On July 18th, 2018 I got married and I was in Vegas. I get a phone call at 930 at from my aunt saying my grandma’s house is on fire. Thank God that my grandma made it out safe along with her dog. I felt so helpless being so far away knowing my grandma was probably so scared and alone. Thanks to all of our family, everyone came to help her out. Unfortunately my grandma walked out of there with only the clothes on her back. She lost everything. And the part that hurts the most is she was not able to grab my grandpas ashes from the house. We all know that he will be in our hearts forever. My grandpa passed away 5 years ago and he was my grandmas rock. I know that all the stuff that were our memories can not be replaced but I am asking for help, my grandma doesn’t work and has little money. I want to do everything in my power to make sure that at least she has clothes, food, to feel a little more at ease. And hopefully find her a new place to live. Anything will help us out, please help.
