This holiday season, we’re inviting our community to support a large primary school in Northern Uganda—and a generous donor will match gifts up to $10,000, enough to support a second large school.

Delta partners with rural schools to make sure every child is learning: coaches work alongside parents, teachers, and students to set clear goals, track progress, and solve problems together. Because the work is locally led and highly focused, it costs only $10 per child per year to implement the program.

We’ve seen what this can do. When the Delta team first met with administrators from Alero Primary School in early 2023, only 42% of students had passed Uganda’s national primary exam the previous year. After just two years of partnership with Delta, 100% of Alero’s students passed these high stakes exams!
