Gregory William Vibbert, age 26, died unexpectedly in a motorcycle accident on September 26th, 2018 in Eastern Oregon. Greg graduated from Bend High in 2010 and went on to attend College of the Siskiyous. After being offered a full-ride athletic scholarship to the University of Montana-Western, he opted to transfer to Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington with an educational performance scholarship where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. His educational determination was admirable.

This memorial scholarship is used to offer educational scholarships and community development in honor of Gregory Vibbert.

Greg was truly loved by all that met him. May this memorial scholarship help to allow his bright spirit to live on.

Thank you all for the generous donations! In June we were able to give 2 seniors from Bend High scholarships for college in honor of Greg. To date the fund has given out 4 scholarships to local seniors. We would like to keep this memorial scholarship going indefinitely to keep the memory of Greg alive.
