My name is Megan and the photo is my girls. I am posting this to ask for help. For those of you who know me, this is not an easy thing for me to do. Pride is a terrible thing and mine has kept me from telling people what is really going on with me in the past. That being said, recently my family and I have been hit by an opponent that we are struggling to fight and for my girls, I have to be open and ask for help. Some of you probably know that I have struggled with my health for years. Unfortunately, despite my unwillingness to back down, I am now fighting a condition that threatens my career, my family, and our future. I recently became disabled and am not able to support my family. I am working with a team of doctors, but as of yet, they cannot get things under control. I am fortunate that my last job provided me with partial pay for a few months but with my husband having to now act as my caregiver, it is not enough. He is doing everything he can but my current state makes it dangerous to leave me alone for any significant length of time, as I require monitoring and assistance. The reason why I am telling you all this is to ask for your help. What I am asking for is $5000 to help pay for rent and some other bills that have fallen behind since I got sick. Again, I am asking for this to keep us afloat and I hate the fact that I even have to do this. I am just hoping that someone out there may be able to help.
