TLDR: Urgent flood relief to support Sri Lanka's hardest hit communities - through Amalini's verified sources on the ground.

Cyclone Ditwah has killed over 600 people in Sri Lanka and affected around 2 million — about 10% of the country. Many areas, especially some of the most deprived tea estate communities, have been devastated.

If you’re able to donate even £5, it will go directly to those who need it most. This is through my trusted mutual friend Amalini, who has verified contacts and organisations on the ground.

If you’ve ever visited the beautiful teardrop island of Sri Lanka, enjoyed its incredible food, or relaxed on its stunning beaches and been looked after by warm, generous Sri Lankan people, please consider giving back.

Here are the links I will be donating to through this fundraiser:

This will supply immediate needs, such as dry rations, cleaning supplies, essential medications, hygiene supplies to hard-to-reach communities.
