Hi my name is Jennifer. My son Korey started playing football last year for the Sparta Spartans. He is an avid football player who also loves to be at the gym working out and striving to be the strongest he can be.

As his dreams were getting closer to his goal of peak physical fitness and playing the sport he loves we were dealt some very hard news. Korey has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma.

This cancer affects younger kids during high growth stages. This diagnosis was crushing to Koreys spirit.

This is just the beginning of his year long battle.

He has been unable to join school activities and social events due to his compromised immunity so he’s been feeling down and forgotten.

I know so many have had to endure this same painful process and what it does to a young kids spirit, his happiness. Also how much those things matter to his healing process.

I am reaching out to anyone that can help Korey, showing he matters and he’s not forgotten. That there are so many that are here to help him through this journey.

If there is anything you can do to help him through this tough path he has to go down we would be forever grateful.

I will always be by his side no matter what, however with his hospitalizations for treatments money is very tight and I am unable to give him the little things that would help make him smile and realize how much he’s loved and cared for. My hope is with the support and kindness from you he can see that he can make it through this and will get back to making his goals once again a reality.
