I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in August 2023. I've done lots of chemotherapy and had a stem cell transplant in January 2024.

There is still constant uncertainty of being able to pay for things we need as this is going to be a lifetime of treatments.

I've currently been doing maintenance treatment every 4 weeks. It's thousands of dollars every 4 weeks that doesn't all get covered by my insurance.

I'm getting used to my new normal of life, but bills don't stop no matter what is happening. This is a marathon, not a sprint.
