Yulissa Esquivel memorial fund

Donation protected

The Esquivel family has suffered a tragic loss. Yulissa Esquivel, just 17 years old, became an Angel. She was diagnosed with Rhett Syndrome at 2 years of age. There was nothing this family wouldn't do to take care of their daughter. She fought as hard as she could and had many trials associated with her disability. She lived longer than most doctors thought she would. She beat the odds time and time again. Unfortunately she lost the most recent battle with pneumonia and a bad pancreas.

The funds raised for the Esquivel family will be used to help with the funeral costs. We recognize that this is a difficult time of year to donate money, but the last thing this family needs to worry about is the money needed to bury their child. So please, if you can spare a little extra money this year to help lighten this heavy burden it would be greatly appreciated!

Yulissa was a gift from God. A perfect angel here on earth. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. She is running free and flying high. Something she could never do during this mortal existance.  She is no longer confined to the wheelchair, but free to dance, laugh, run, walk, play, and live.

I was personally blessed to know and love her. She inspired me to become a Special Education teacher. She inspired so many people in her life to be a better human being. She never asked for anything. If she could speak today she would ask that we help her family pay for the expense of burying her sweet body so they have one less thing to worry about.

Your support is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
