Car crash and medical bills

Hello, Taylor here! Last night I had a terrifying accident on my way from work to go dog sit for the weekend. I crashed my 4Runner on the highway after losing control on a patch of ice and crashed head on into the median going 50mph. Thankfully I am alive and safe leaving the situation with whiplash and a concussion but feeling incredibly grateful my injuries weren’t worse. If there were cars around me when I lost control it scares me to think of how much worse it could have been. My car is pretty much totaled and to fix it would be more money than to just find a new car. Being my insurance is only liability I won’t get any money for my crashed truck. The unfortunate thing is the day before the accident I had just put in $1,000 to replace the ball joints. I work full-time as an assistant teacher at a Waldorf school and also pick up jobs as a pet sitter and babysitting. I also am a vintage clothes and treasures reseller. As much as I love what I do and I work very hard, money is tight. I am in a bit of a panic to figure out how to get a vehicle to drive to work and to pay for what my insurance won’t cover from the emergency room visit. I feel awkward and a little embarrassed to put this out there but would be so grateful for anyone who would like to help.
