Hello everyone, my name is Manuel Tizapaneco and I am raising funds for my wife Esperanza Franco's medical expenses.
Back in November 2023, my wife began to notice a slight change in her health, but we didn't think it was anything to worry about. We went to different doctors for check-ups, because she did not notice any improvement despite trying different treatments for the various symptoms she suffered such as back pain, fatigue, difficulty breathing, stomach irritation and more. As the following months passed, we discovered that her symptoms were worsening, so we continued seeking other opinions, visiting several doctors, who have performed tests and examinations, receiving the news that my wife Esperanza has been diagnosed with cancer.
During the numerous scans and tests, doctors also discovered that her left lung has pleural effusion, which requires immediate medical attention. Before starting her chemotherapy treatment, an operation needs to be done to take care of her left lung condition.
Unfortunately, we do not have any health insurance to cover the necessary lung procedure and chemotherapy treatment. So we resort to requesting any donation that can help us, to be able to cover the costs of the surgery, treatments and other expenses that Esperanza will need. We appreciate your donations as well as your prayers and thoughts throughout this difficult time.

Hola a todos, mi nombre es Manuel Tizapaneco y estoy recaudando fondos para los gastos médicos de mi esposa Esperanza Franco.
En noviembre, mi esposa comenzó a notar un ligero cambio en su salud, pero no creíamos que fuera algo de qué preocuparse. Fuimos a diferentes médicos a revisión, porque no notaba ninguna mejoría a pesar de intentar diferentes tratamientos para los diversos síntomas que padecía como dolor de espalda, fatiga, dificultad para respirar, irritación del estómago y más. Al pasar los siguientes meses, descubrimos que sus síntomas empeoraban, por lo cual seguimos buscando otras opiniones visitando varios médicos, que le han realizado muchos estudios, análisis y exploraciones, recibiendo la noticia de que mi esposa Esperanza le han diagnosticado cáncer.
Durante las numerosas exploraciones y pruebas, los médicos también descubrieron que su pulmón izquierdo tiene un derrame pleural, que requiere atención médica inmediata. Para comenzar su tratamiento de quimioterapia, es necesario realizar una operación para atender su afección del pulmón izquierdo.
Desafortunadamente, no tenemos ningún seguro médico que cubra el procedimiento pulmonar y el tratamiento de quimioterapia necesarios. Por lo que recurrimos a solicitar de cualquier donación que nos puedan ayudar, para poder cubrir los costos de la cirugía, tratamientos y demás gastos que necesitará Esperanza.
