Hello family and friends!!

My name is Lee Thao. I am Janice's aunt. It is always hard to ask for help, but we are shamelessly asking anyone who can, to donate any amount to decrease the financial stressor Janice has during this hard time.

As you may have heard, Janice's husband, David Yang, had a stroke on Oct 5th, 2022. David had a craniectomy procedure due to excess blood & fluid in his brain. This is caused from high blood pressure.

"A craniectomy is a type of surgery to remove a portion of your skull. This helps relieve extra pressure on your brain." The surgery was a success. Right now his brain is still very swollen, but since the right bone flap is removed, it's alleviated the pressure. He's been on sedation and will most likely be on sedation for awhile. We are expected to see him open his eyes in the next week or so.

David was the main financial provider for their family, and with his hospitalization, their financial situation is compromised.

It is heart breaking to see your husband lying unconscious and coping with the unknown. The best way we all can help relieve a little stress from Janice is to help her financially in order to pay all her bills that was taken care of by David before he was hospitalized.

For those who does not know David and Janice very well, they met exactly 10 years ago and have been married for 6 years with 2 children, Norah (6 yrs old) and Damien (4 yrs old). David and Janice are a very social couple who always tried their best to be there for family and friends. They both are generous and kind individuals who would help anyone within their abilities. You can ask anyone who knows them, and they will agree that both of them have a great sense of humor and has an easy going and charismatic personality that draws people to their circle.
