Helping animals in Puerto Rico

Hi my name is lissette, I came to Puerto Rico to help my parents. My dad passed away 2 years ago and my mom in now bed ridden. I can't work because I am committed to care for her 24/7. Since I've been here I have spayed and neutered over 50 cats and treated wounds as was needed. I no longer have funds and I have a kitten in the hospital now who is getting one eye removed and hoping we can save the other. The help here for animals is scarce and all rescues are at there maximum and beyond. I consider myself a mini rescuer. I am working on a colony with 20 cats, hoping to spay and neutered them. Basically TNR. I currently have 2 dogs and 10 cats indoors. Your help, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ❤️
